What plans are there and how much?

A free starter plan plus three monthly-subscription packages:
• DTK Standard — free: membership, cabinet and member card. Partner discounts and support requests are on the paid plans.
• DTK Fleet Partner — €20/mo: fleet work, reduced commission, car rental.
• DTK Premium Driver — €50/mo: everything in Fleet + service/fuel/car-wash discounts, accident help, tax support.
• DTK Elite Driver — €70/mo: everything in Premium + residence-permit support, TPP employment, car financing.

How do I pay and renew?

Accepted Answer

Card payment via Stripe — a recurring subscription. Access opens automatically after payment and renews monthly; you can cancel or change the card anytime in the cabinet (Stripe). Couriers only have access to Fleet Partner.

What should I do in a breakdown or accident?

Accepted Answer

Open Requests (in the bot or on the site) → choose Breakdown or Accident, describe it and attach your location and photos if needed. An operator joins the chat; for an accident we help with insurance, police and paperwork.

How do I get a partner discount?

Accepted Answer

Open Partners & Discounts, pick a partner and tap Show QR. Show the QR code at the partner — the discount applies according to your membership. The code is one-time and valid for 3 minutes.

Bot vs. website — what's the difference?

Accepted Answer

It's one account. The bot is quick access from Telegram; the website (cabinet) does the same plus easy subscription management, requests with photos and plan comparison. Sign in by email or via Telegram; profiles link by phone number.

How do I contact an operator?

Accepted Answer

In Requests tap Contact operator — a ticket is created and you drop straight into the chat. The conversation syncs between the bot and the site.
